OUR PROMISE
Our products are handmade from natural materials using traditional methods that date back centuries. The materials and methods have proven their worth over generations, and with proper care your rugs will last for many years.
Should there have been a defect in the making or the material in a particular rug, the defect will show up within one year of your purchase. In that case, assuming normal wear and tear, we will replace the rug at no cost to you.
PRIVACY
Liza Phillips Design respects your privacy. The information we request from you will ONLY be used to process your order and fill your requests. We will NOT share your information with any third party unless obliged to do so by law.
We will send you our newsletter and email updates only if you sign up for them by checking the box when you open your account.
We do now use Google Analytics Advertising Reporting to access general demographic information on visitors to our site. We still do not share information with third parties, nor do we have access to individual details beyond what you give us to process your order. Liza Phillips Design takes the security of our customers' personal information seriously. Our site is PCI compliant and uses the industry standard 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect the security of your credit card information whenever receiving and transferring payment information on our site.
