Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping to street addresses in the contiguous United States. UPS is our default shipping method, but we can ship via US Mail, FedEx or other carriers upon request, and will usually dispatch your order within one week of receipt. Delivery will take another 1 to 5 days depending on your address.

For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico a shipping fee will be added at checkout.

International orders will also have a fee added at checkout. The amount for international orders depends on the destination and the size of the order. The shipping fee does not include any additional taxes, duties and brokerage fees.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rugs or Alto Steps, you can exchange them or receive a refund. Returns must be in good condition and received by us within 30 days. Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless the rugs were damaged or defective when received by you. Custom orders are not returnable unless damaged or defective. Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
